I found red spots on my penis head 5days back. Never had this kind of issues before. One morning it was very itchy and I found red rashes on penis head. I applied Betadin lotion and found it to be submissive in 2days. After then I bathed and cleaned the penis with soap as usual I do. Again today night I found the spots getting prominent but no itching is present.
