I have a red spot on my upper breast area and it seems to be increasing. I have also applied betnovate in that area but nothing happened so please advice

Are you having excessive sweating? Decolletage may have redness due to sweating. Irritation by various agents can lead to same complaints. What is the exact position of redness? Don't apply steroids without supervision of a clinician

red spot can be many things, its better not to apply betnovate, kindly go for a proper consultaion where u can shaqre pics or video consult ..
