I had some allergy rashes month ago that disappeared over time. However last Monday i developed rashes on arms and back. These look different from the previous rashes. Its red and skin feels tough, it also has blisters. Its slightly ichy but more pain full when touched. The rash doesn't seem to have improved in the last 4 days.
