This rashes appeared recently, and it's present on both side of underarm. Is it normal ? There is No itching .nothing .

This is very common condition called Keratosis pilaris where small bumps develop on your skin, especially your arms, legs or butt. Excess keratin protein in your skin causes bumps to form.
