I have rashes over body mainly in legs from 10 days it is slightly itchy. I have no other symptoms it is slightly increasing

Hello. This looks like some allergic dermatitis. Avoid using over the counter drugs. Do not do home remedies. The rash looks quite red, seems like u have irritated it by applying something. Kindly consult online for treatment. It is definitely treatAble
