Sir, I am having some serious skin problems like eczema like condition since 3 to 4 months, it spreads day by day in my leg like round red rashes .I have already attached photo of it,you can notice it.i am confused about this skin disease whether  it is eczema or something else. I want your help please check the image and tell me which type of skin disease this one and what is the diagnosis process..
