This is for my 3yr old child who gets red moles-like that appears suddenly and fades and disappears within a week. Happened 5 times so far in last two weeks. No itching or any other discomfort.Attached images. Very much worried. Pls advise. What are these.

seem like localised blood vessel ruptures under the skin . meet the pediatrician and get coagulation profile done. hope this is helpful.
