Upcame with a red line on the whitish part of the eyeball of my father he is been in taking heart medications suggested by neurologists and been having a habit of smoking please suggest what can be done to cure it

he must be on disprin or ecosprin which are blood thinners. due to heat he might be having vasodilation .if he will rub subconjunctival haemorrhage may  occur. give cold compresses and some decongestant e.g. suthin or spline eye drops 2to3 times daily
