I am having like red rash above my upper lip. Not rash exactly. The skin is red and its dry and keeps burning all the time. Not exactly sure what is the issue. I am applying vaseline all the time but there is no reduction. Could you suggest a medicine. Is this something that happens only to female

This seems to be some kind of infection or Dermatitis. A detailed history and skin analysis is required to prescribe medication and tropical application. You can apply , ice compress, Vaseline petroleum jelly , ghee , moisturiser. Do not lick the upper lip , don't touch it frequently.
