Hi, there is one dark red/brown mark in lower right lég (front) surrounded with red inflated area which is paining if pressed, no itching , and after few days similar condition is getting developed in left foot. Not sure which specialist to consult, any suggestions please.. and is it serious? She is also biabetic since paste 30 yrs(yesterday fasting test sugar150, after food 200)
