I am having red eyes and lot of itching i went to see a doctor and he gave  me 2 medicines. Are these medicines safe to use

By the symptoms u have described, these medicines usually do not cause any side effects if used for short term upto 1-2 weeks. So yeah u can go ahead and use them for a short duration of time. Hiding credentials and details of the prescription is not advisable.
