Red eyes..itching and paining sometimes

Due to cold or some other reason I don't know my eyes become red and started itching. Now it turns to its original colour but still irritation is there. could you please suggest on this.

Most possibly it's because of eye allergy. Visit a eye doctor near you. For precaution you should wash eyes at regular intervals and wear  sunglasses or plain glasses when you venture out of house.
