Red Eye Since 11 Months

I was diagnosed with Nodular Scleritis around 10 Months ago and I consulted a doctor who gave me eye drops. (starting with mild treatment - FMLT eye drop). This one had no effect. Then I consulted another doctor who gave me CIPLOX-D. Even that had no effect. I consulted another doctor who gave me Diflucor but by using that only redness used to decrease temporarily around the Nodule. He tried his best and suggested that the last option is surgery. As far as I read about my eye disease I think it is Nodular Episcleritis because I don't have any pain or decrease in vision. It's majorly treated using steroids and not any kind of surgery. Recently I noticed that the nodule size is increasing and started touching the limbus (outer black line of the inner lens). What should I do? Surgery? OR Some other Eye Treatment?

Sometimes systemic infection in body manifested as nodular episcleritis in eye which doesn't respond with local eye drops or just subsided till eye drops continued,I have seen many these types of patients in my long career as  a ophalmologist ,who responded completely after antitubercular drugs but it was given after complete investigation,I would  request you to consult higher institution because corticosteroid have many side effects if used for long time as eye drops. You may use Nevanac eye drops 3 times + lacryl ultra 4-5 times till you consult in higher institution.
