Red eyes and irritation with tears. Could you please help us to ensure that this eye redness gets reduced and becomes normal again

It could be allergic or infective conjunctivitis. Or dryness etc Please share a close up pic of your eyes with information about pain redness watering discharge itching and blurring of vision Or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
