Red eye from book fall

I was lying down, a book from 2 m high fall on my eye, I don't know I closed the eye or not but, my eye got red, I applied cold ice sac, but still I have slight pain and redness in my eye, It's late night, only have 2 eye drops - sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and second one is moxifloxacin&tobramycin ophthalmic solution, should I apply them or just sleep.
