Hello, After 40 years of age, 10 out of 10 people need glasses to see clearly while reading. Regarding long working hours on computer, please take 2 minutes break after every 20 minutes and look at far object to relax your eyes. Put eye drop Ocurest AH, 1 drop 3 times a day for 7 days for your redness. Hope that helps!
