Mine 12 th week of pregnency is going on and i found red discharge along with white discharge and light bleeding.. What should i do now

U need an ultrasound to see for the foetal well being, pregnancy support pills if all is ok ,bed rest and share the reports with us or a Gynaecologist near by .
