Red color in teeth due to gutka

I eat gutka nearly 10 packets a day my teeth becomes dirty I want to remove that What will be the toothpaste name or solution name

These are intrinsic stains caused by eating gutka. These stains can not be removed by any toothpaste. Visit your dentist and he is the best person to guide you. We have many solutions . Basic scaling has to be done. If not removed by scaling then we have to do bleaching or veneers or crowns. Bleaching is a non invasive procedure.

I would suggest to, 1.Stop the habit of tobacco / gutka chewing for good oral health . 2.for stains do professional cleaning by the dentist 3.eat lots of vitamin C rich fruits to improve immunity & oral health.
