Try
A.warm Compresses
B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
C systemic antibiotic maybe required

If you can share pictures of eye it will help to guide you better.
Mostly it will be infection , do warm compresses 3-4 time a day. If it is not responding or increasing get physical eye examination done from eye doctor.
