Looks like allergic rashes . U take suthashekar ras two tab twice a day in empty stomach. Sarasaparilla syrup two tsf twice a day . Do not rub .do not use soaps shampoo on it Avoid nonveg,oily spicy masala foods. Apply calamine lotion / chandan  sandal paste /redmud paste
