it seems to be severe allergic conjuntivitis provoking early uveitis. and due to repeated touching or rubbing  secondary  infection has developed , that's why even 4 of the consultants  are confused  .no doubt  steroids  are the drug of choice in uveitis and also in severe  allergic conjuntivitis ,but the cause of reoccrance is unresolved  infection.  so first  treat  infection  ,by using topical and oral  antibiotics and anti inflammatory drops e.g. moxifloxacin 2hourly and bromifenac 2to3 times daily. and tab cefexime 200 with tab diclogesic one tab twice daily. please do hot foamentation and use gaugles. avoid exposure to bright light. and after the infection is controlled  you can start steroids.

If i go by the medicines u are using, Moxicip is for an antibiotic for infection, predforte is a steroid, probably for the uveitis ...and acupat is for allergic conjunctivitis. The treatment u are taking doesnt seem to be proper (may be u are using eyedrops prescribed by all the 4 doctors u saw all together... which is not advisable). The fact that u have photophobia points towards uveitis or a severe conjunctivitis, but i cannot be sure till i have examined ur eye. And if u do have allergic conjunctivitis (for which u have been prescribed acupat), then i advise u to stop using kajal for a while till the condition subsides. Pls share any your case details if u have them, otherwise take an opinion from another senior ophthalmologist.
