My wife has been suffering for a week now. Her temperature increases in the evenings to 101/102 °F and she has severe headaches. She is better by day. Blood widal and MP are negative. Platelet count is in normal range - 4.01 lakh.  WBC is slightly high - 12300. (Medical history - mildly anemic, Hyperthyroid & costochondritis.)

Hello, WBC COUNT is high. To normalize it she need vigerrous TREATMENT with ANTIBIOTIC, Analgesic anti-inflammatory. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD for proper HISTORY n local examintion ACCORDINGLY some test if required. you got Medicin or PRESCRIPTION.ok.
