My wife has been suffering for a week now. Her temperature increases in the evenings to 101/102 °F and she has severe headaches. She is better by day. Blood widal and MP are negative. Platelet count is in normal range - 4.01 lakh.  WBC is slightly high - 12300. (Medical history - mildly anemic, Hyperthyroid & costochondritis.)
