Recurring body pains fever symptoms cold

From past 1yr I'm getting recurring body pains, feverish symptoms, cold, throat pain... I did cbc, dengue, malaria, athretis, crp, max tests are completed but nothing is showing in the tests, What is the main reason doctors. Give me a hope that i can be normal again
