Hi doctor I have recurrent mucus in lungs every 20 days , I want to ask do milk or tea and milk products can cause me recurrent mucus and I was taking weight gainer too

its not specifically milk..its the fluids with same thickness that coats and makes mucus to pass with difficulty..so post drinking do gargles
