Recurrent Miscarriage
I’m 30 yrs old, TTC, with 3 miscarriages.
1st (Oct 2023): Missed miscarriage at 8 weeks, D&C done.
2nd (July 2024): Chemical pregnancy, hCG rose from 261.8 to 433.7, then heavy bleeding.
3rd (March 2025): Chemical pregnancy, hCG 110 → 112 → 62.
Tests done: Karyotyping (both normal), thyroid, prolactin, TORCH, APLA, ANA — all normal. 3D USG: normal uterus. Husband’s semen: normal.
Was on Susten and aspirin. Currently on Met Innovfol.
Weight reduced from 82 to 69 kg. No PCOS/diabetes.
