Recurrent jaundice

My husband dsignoised with jaundice Hepatitis A infections 2 months back got cured again since yesterday he is having vomitings and yellow urine he consumed little alcohol after that vomitings started he is having yellow urine but his LFT is normal and bilirubin value is 1 can this be jaundice again I am worried please help me his vomitings stopped he have given anti emitic injections now he is fine but feeling very weak and colour of urine is yellow can jaundice be repeated and how much time it will take to reoccurence of jaundice please help me

The dark colored urine with normal bilirubin is more likely to due to dehydration. It isn’t jaundice or HAV recurrence.
Next Steps
Stop alcohol, increase fluid intake, give antiemetics and if vomiting persist admit the patient.
