Rectum pain, burn n discomfort

Rectum discomfort, pain n burning sensation. Getting treated for ovarian cyst which is 1cm. Currently taking Ovral-G. Took Meprate 10 mg earlier. May b it's bcoz of white discharge Iam having discomfort. Please suggest cur. Also which doctor to consult for thorough rectal check up n tests that needs to b done
