Attached biopsy report and colonoscopy report. Please tell me what kind of observation is this. He had surgery for sigmoid colon resection on aug 17.

As such in d biopsy report.. their is no evidence of malignancy.. it is only granulation tissue(most anastmotic sites can have).. Patient requires followup with CEA and followup colonoscopy ( if I remember patient had carcinoma sigmoid pT2N0.. right..??)
