I noticed a little bleeding in my stool twice yesterday.I noticed a little bleeding a year ago before this. After that I never noticed any kind of bleeding except yesterday.I am scared.What should I do?Well I am feeling something like indigestion from yesterday.

See need not worry. Lower Gastro international bleeding is very common now a days. I have seen and treated many number of case's. It can be due to hemorrhoids, fissure or any lesion in the descending colon. You will see fresh blood mixed with stools or sometimes blackish coloured stools.
