Rectal and anal pain

I am 29 years old female.I am neither suffering from constipation nor i do have loose motion but i feel pain and burning sensation in anal area.i feel urge to defecate even after pooping.i drink 3 litres water per day and consume balanced diet although I am facing this problem.please suggest me what should I do to get relief from this problem

Your main symptom is pain and burning in the Anal area. It should be because of a local cause and need local treatment. Please consult with a General Surgeon or a Gynaecologist on Practo for further management.
