Recently have developed dandruff
Dear Doctor,
Have developed dandruff since 5 months and sever
e hair fall there after. Have been trying dove dandruff shampoo and onion seed oil head bath alternate days for two week now...still problem persists..hair has reduced to half..
Kindly advice further management
