Recently diagnosed with low myopia
My eyes power are -0.5 D spherical in the left eye , -0.75 D spherical and -0.75 cylindrical in the right eye . I have been using glasses for the first time since few days . Before glasses I used to get slight headache or water in my eyes when I tried to focus on the Lecture board from distance in my class . I can work on laptops or read books without any problem . Is it better to wear glasses all the time ? What are the advantages ? Right now I only wear them when I need to focus on distance objects ( like during lectures ) . Can my low myopia be cured ?
Hi,
In your case, you need to wear glasses only for Distance vision as in Lecture hall, Cinema Hall or Outdoors if needed. For near work , not required.
You have very minor number , so really , no need to do anything !
There are no natural methods to cure myopia, only Refractive surgery can correct it.
