I have been noticing that gum line is reducing.Any mouth washes or ointments for receeding gums?

First of all reason for it should be known.. 1.Is it due to improper brushing or hard bristles of ur brush 2.Are ur teeth mal aligned should be noticed. 3.over all gingiva condition.. should be checked.
Next Steps
Based on these treatment ll be done.. simply mouth washes or ointments can't help..with out treatment.
