Suffering from diarrhoea for the last 2-3 days and it's not improving. Have been taking ors. What medicine should I take. Age 26 Male

1.cifran morning and evening 2. Metrogyl 500mg TID 3. SPOROLAC DS morning and evening 4. Pan 40 before breakfast 5. Ors fluids as much as possible

Mostly diarrhea is due to virus with fever , abdominal pain etc Continue with ORS with 10ml /kg of your body weight for each loose stool.If you have pain you can use paracetamol ,to lower the frequency of diarrhea you can use 2 capsules imodium once You can use flagyl 400 mg three times daily for 5 days. Avoid oily ,non vegetarian food for few days.
