I have gor skin rashes all over my body, there is constant itching and redness, Rashes are incresing all spreading all over my body

skin rash can be due some allergy or some medical condition.rash wil give you itching as well.its difficuilt to comment as picture is not available.kindly visit a doctor nearby so a proper diagnosis can be attained and medicines be started.meanwhile u can start tab teczine 10mg for the itching once in the night.
