RDW is a measure of the range of variation of red blood cell (RBC) volume that is reported as part of a standard
complete blood count. Higher RDW values indicate greater variation in size. MCV is nomal, WBC count is normal. I would advise you to meet a hematologist so taht you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as peripheral smear to find the underlying cause of the disparity and have it treated accordingly.
