RCT and Sinus

2021-10-30 12:39:21
Hi Doctor, I have tingling feeling and discomfort in my teeth (mainly in RCT section sometimes both right and left) Hence visited dentist. Here I am attaching two files. Please check and guide me. 1. OPG: any problem in RCT or any decay in tooth. All RCT are done perfectly. Your reply really valuable and it makes me tense free. 2. Sinus PA: what it says. Is discomfort because of Sinus. Hope you understand my feelings. Thank you very much for your suggestion and reply.

It might be due to proximal caries of adjacent  tooth. For conformation better take Bite wing radiograph.

Your root canal treated tooth are perfectly fine. No need to worry about it. Tingling sensation could be due to chipping of superficial layers of tooth. Need to check completely before diagnosing anything. You need to consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Welcome to practo.. Don't worry.. The rct treated teeth looks good.. May be some people will have discomfort and sensitivity at the initial stages of placement.. I advice you to check if there is any discomfort or proximal caries in right upper first molar.. Check for high points in crown.. I need to know about the crown details also.. Consult me with the details.. Don't worry.. Thank you.. Have a nice day..
