RBC morphology

Recently I done my CBC test in which my hemoglobin, MCV, MCH level are slightly low and my platelet count is high- 408000. My RBC morphology - Normocytic, Normochromic. WBC -     normal. So whats the problem to me and suggest treatment for it.
