I was just put on a 30 day event heart monitor, my ekg showed a right bundle branch block and I’ve been having chest pains, lightheadedness and I just started feeling pins and needles in my left cheek randomly. Should I be concerned?

No not at all. From cardiac point of view ecg is ok. Please take calcium and vitamin D3 tablets & vitamin B complex for 3 months.
