Rashes on thigh and spreading to calf

Since 2 days, she is having skin rashes on thighs which are spreading to the calf now. I applied caladryl lotion on it, but its not helping. She is getting lots of itching there. Its happened to both legs. Could you please help? Since its bandh, no one is available nearby to do a checkup. It would be great if she can get some relief. Online consultation is also having tech issues. Please help.
