My 2.4 year old son is having rashes all over the body in patches (except face). The rashes are light in colour and appearing similar as rashes that occur due to heat in summer (attaching pic for reference). We moved to Navi Mumbai in October and since then he is experiencing these rashes. Please inform what could be the reason for rashes and remedies for it?
