I have been suffering from this when I was 15 and it still continues.rashes on back and becoming like black spots.And pimples or rashes on my forehead causing Blackening of forehead

Hi most likely you are suffering from acne or p.folliculitis. dandruff may aggravate the problem.  Hence it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Do not scratch or prick the lesions as this will cause scar and pigmentation.
