Rashes: My 8 months old baby has rashes only on face...rashes are around mouth, under the eyes and nose....its been there for more than 4 weeks...Visited doctor a month ago,....she suggested cetaphil lotion and oil massage...but it didnt work....please suggest how to proceed further
