Hi I always, have a rashes & some sort of bad smell due to sweat & wet, if I walk more in sunlight, it will sweat & that will convert to some bad odour, once I had showed to dermatologist, as it was heavy itching sometimes & they preferred Levocetrizine (Teczine 10mg) tab, fudic cream & one can tablet, when I take that bit okay & avian it will be regular. In inner thigh it is looking like bit burn colour, like black. Can see the difference. Kindly suggest what to do.
