My 11 month old daughter is having severe rashes all over her body, except face since this morning. Its itching too. I didn't use for skin and give to eat anything new. Nothing is unusual for her. But, I don't understand the cause why suddenly she is suffered from this kind of allergic thing. And she is just 11 month old. So I'm in confusion whether go to pediatrician or a dermatologist. Please give me suggestion
