Rash on my arms
Red , itchy ,turns into small bumps with clear liquid inside , dries up and scales off around the bump. This is only on my hands and arms so far , had this for 2 weeks. I've used hydrocortisone cream ( usp 1 % ) it does work ,but very little. Please help me. Thank you .
