To alleviate rashes on the inner buttocks caused by period pads, try applying a thin layer of coconut oil, aloe vera gel, or over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream to soothe the skin, and consider switching to breathable, fragrance-free pads or period panties to reduce irritation.
