I have a rash in both of my inner thighs ,it started 3 days ago like a small scratch in my right thigh and now it has spread to both the thighs. It's paining very much and burning and a I can't let my thighs touch or else it will burn and pain a lot. It's itching as well. It's a little black in the center and then rash like spreaded
