My heart starts beating rapidly sometimes as fast as 150 beat per minute and it feels as if my heart is beating in my throat and sometimes in chest. I always feel that if in my body blood is flowing very fast

If you have actually measured 150 beats/min.  Meet a  Cardiologist and do a Holter test to document arrhythmia. If present meet electrophysiologist
