From two weeks my heartbeat is fast and while sleeping I also witnessed some tightness in chest and difficulty in breathing while doing any physical work or specially sleeping I face difficulty breathing . I am also suffering from acid reflux . Please suggest me why I am having issues of breathing while sleeping?
